Eva & Charles' Relaxed Chelsea wedding: From Chelsea Old Town Hall to The Phene

Eva and Charles’ December wedding, at Chelsea Old Town Hall and reception at The Phene, was everything you could want in a micro wedding: intimate, full of personality and festive joy.

Cosy Ceremony in The Brydon Room at Chelsea Old Town Hall

The ceremony was held in the Brydon Room at Chelsea Old Town Hall, a relaxed gathering of their closest family and friends. Including their children in the ceremony made it even more special. Watching the little ones walk down the aisle and take on the role of ringbearer brought a real sense of family to the day.

Relaxed portraits

The one thing I love about London city weddings are all the members of the public who wish you “Congratulations” as you are walking the streets. After the ceremony and iconic confetti moment on the steps of the town hall, we wandered the Chelsea streets for a mix of family shots and relaxed couple portraits too.

Storm Darragh brought gusty winds and chilly air, but the rain held off (I like to think that’s because of the four umbrellas I was lugging along, just in case!). Everyone embraced the weather—it added to the fun and made the day even more memorable.

Reception at The Phene

The Phene was the perfect spot to warm up and toast the newlyweds. The guests mingled in the garden under the heaters, you’d never have guessed it was mid-winter. Inside, the Oakley room was beautifully festive, with crackers, hats and all the Christmas vibes.

“Jane was calm, relaxed, and unobtrusive, which allowed everyone to feel comfortable and natural. We wanted candid photos, and she absolutely delivered – capturing stunning, heartfelt moments with our guests and us.”

Eva and Charles embraced every moment of their day, focussing on what matters: their love, their family, and creating memories together. Everything that I love about micro weddings.

Thinking About a Chelsea Old Town Hall Wedding?
